Free Shipping on all orders
anytime! It’s as simple as that.
No hidden fees or handling charges. The amount you pay for the
lighting fixtures is the only amount….Period. If you live
in any of the 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii included) free shipping
from BackBayLighting.
We will ship your
order either via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or by common carrier, depending
on size of your order. We choose carriers based
on the reliability, speed, and safe handling of the product.
One of our many goals is to get your order to you in a fast,
secure
manner, hassle free. When can I expect my order?
We ship from multiple warehouses all across the country. Depending
on the product, it can ship from the warehouse same day, or may
take up to 2 weeks, depending on availability. If for some reason
your order will be delayed for any reason we will contact you
via email ASAP. For FedEx, UPS, and DHL, standard transit time
is 1-6 business days. Common carrier delivery usually takes between
3-10 business days. With common carrier you will be contacted
with a delivery time from the trucking company. As always, please

Return Policy
We understand
that sometimes products do not fit your project or your home,
so that is why we have one of the most hassle free
return policies for online lighting stores. If your purchase does
not work out, in can be returned within 30 days of the receipt
of your order, less a 15% restocking fee. All of our products are
offered with free shipping, so please be aware that when you return
products our actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted
from your return refund.
Please email service@BackBayLighting.com to request a RGA number.
Please include your original order number, what items you are
returning, and your name. We will give you a RGA number and
a return address.
Acceptable returned merchandise must be: uninstalled and not
modified in any way, in its original box and packaging, in
re-salable condition,
and accompanied by the RGA number issued by BackBayLighting.
Any invoice orders totaling $2500 and over, custom orders,
sale items, orders past 30 days from receipt, or any products
from
the following manufacturers cannot be returned: Arroyo Craftsman,
Crystorama
Lighting, Hubbardton Forge, and Justice Design Group. Please
certainly email service@BackBayLighting.com with any questions
regarding
returns. When returning product please be sure to pack products for return
in the original box with sufficient packaging material, and marked
with the issued RGA#. It is in the customer's best interest to
insure the package. Items damaged due to improper packaging during
return shipment will not be replaced or refunded.
Damaged Products
In the event that your products are received in damaged or have
a manufacturer’s defect please notify us within two weeks
of receipt service@BackBayLighting.com. We will either send a
new fixture as soon as the damaged one is sent back to us, or
we will send any replacement parts to you at no additional cost.
All damage claims must be made within two weeks of receiving
your product, so please inspect it carefully when it arrives.
Order Cancellations
Unshipped items can be cancelled provided that the item was not
custom made or built to order. Any shipped orders cannot be cancelled
and would fall under our standard return policy.
